MISSOULA- A woman says her ex-boyfriend raped her over the weekend at his house in Lolo.

Michael Bergman of Lolo appeared in Missoula County Justice Court Tuesday afternoon via video conferencing from the Missoula County Detention Center and faces a felony sexual assault charge and a misdemeanor partner, family member assault charge.

Bergman, who was on felony supervision before this alleged incident, denied both charges.

The affidavit said Bergman's child was in the house at the time of the alleged incident and also says Bergman threw the woman into a door-frame during an altercation.

Judge John Odlin set his bail at $100,000 and set the condition, upon his release, that Bergman cannot have contact with the woman or their child, of whom he has custody.
