MISSOULA- A woman took her children to the hospital last week fearing a 39-year-old man inappropriately touched them and identified the man as Bruce Murphy, 39, who appeared in court Tuesday charged with two counts of sexual assault.

Court documents say two children told investigators Murphy touched them in their private areas with the affidavit stating that one child told First Step Resource Center it happened on different occasions.

Judge John Odlin set Murphy's bail at $100,000 and ordered him to have no contact with anyone under age 18.
