DIXON- It's a situation no couple is prepared for: when their partner ends up in the hospital. But it happens all the time and it happened twice to one Sanders County couple.

BONNERS FERRY, ID- A 21-year old Thompson Falls man will have to be on his best behavior in a North Idaho jail the next few months if he hopes to avoid major prison time for causing a drunk driving accident.

DIXON- As the New Year rolls around, folks in towns facing possible U.S.Postal Service closures are hoping for a miracle.
The USPS is waiting until May 15th to close an expecting 85 Montana facilities, giving Congress time to plan a way to save the service.

DIXON- Another small earthquake has rattled across parts of Western Montana. The U.S. Geological survey reports a 3.2 magnitude trembler hit five miles north, north-west of the small Sanders County town of Dixon.
